Champagne Rocker
This cute rocker was a chance to be a bit more creative, as it came to me in a plain black gloss, and looked a little tired. I envisioned it in a metallic shade, with a special tweak to the back and seat material.
The traditional, "7-step" caning method was given a tweedy upgrade by weaving the diagonals in black dyed cane.
Champagne metallic enamel was used to give this sweetie a polished and modern look. There's a subtle, monochromatic stencil in oyster along the crest rail atop the back.
$125 for the rocker
